TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Promotion will begin May 10^th, 2016 and will end December 1^st, 2016. This promotion will be valid for reservations with a travel start date beginning May 16^th, 2016 and going through December 15^th, 2016. Valid for agents in USA or Canada. Agent must be an active Gourmet Inclusive^® Vacation Consultant or Gourmet Inclusive^® Agent Rewards member. Luxury Points may be earned on FIT & Group bookings (not applicable for weddings). Luxury Points will be earned on new bookings made on or after the official start date of the promotion and will cease to be accumulated at midnight of the final day of the promotion. Luxury Points can be redeemed once bookings have travelled and are marked as “approved” within the Travel Agent Portal. Luxury Points will automatically expire on January 5^th, 2017. Luxury Points will only be earned on bookings registered in the Travel Agent Portal at least 3 days prior to travel date. In order to qualify, bookings must be marked with “Luxury Points” promotion when reported in the Travel Agent Portal, no exceptions. Luxury Points are earned per individual agent, they cannot be combined with another agents Luxury Points. Luxury Points will be awarded according to the hotel, room category and length of stay. Applicable for sales booked through Karisma Hotel Reservations, Tour Operators, or sales made directly with El Dorado Spa Resorts or Generations Resorts Reservations. No blackout dates apply. Reservations must be reported via the Karisma Travel Agent Portal – karismatravelagents.com.

Bookings belonging to a Group must be reported individually. Merchandise will be available as long as supplies last and may be subject to substitution for merchandise of equal or lesser value based on availability.

This promotion is combinable with 19% and 21% Commission promotions. All merchandise is subject to availability, in cases where stock has been depleted, a second option will be offered. Merchandise ordered after December 5^th, 2016 may experience processing and shipping delays due to Holidays. There will be no monetary recompense for merchandise that is out of stock. Shipping is included on all item costs. All purchases using Luxury Points are final sale, exchanges can only be made directly with the supplier of the product (when applicable). All bookings must be redeemed at full Luxury Point value (ie: if you only use 5 of 10 points from a booking to purchase an item, all 10 will be considered as redeemed).
