Instructions

  1. Proceed through Mexican Immigration, claim your Luggage and clear Customs.
  2. EXIT THE AIRPORT and DO NOT STOP in your way out, as there may be other representatives from other companies offering their help and asking for your travel documents just to try to impersonate our staff. They could even offer their help simulating that they are calling to our offices in Mexico.
  3. As per airport regulations, Lomas Travel Representatives will be ALWAYS waiting for you outside.
    Their characteristic uniforms (green-turquoise bright shirt, white pants, and white tie) plus “Lomas Travel” logo make them very easy to identify.
    And remember that you will have to pay nothing at your arrival since everything will be covered.
  4. If your flight has been delayed and you are arriving late, please do not worry. In that case address yourself to our representatives stationed permanently outside the terminals of the airport. If you can not find them, please call to the above mentioned phone number and our 24/7/365 available agents will be glad to help you find them and assist you in arriving to your hotel.
  5. Once you are welcomed by our Lomas representatives, please follow their instructions and be transferred to your hotel or resort according to your arranged transportation.
  6. Finally, once you are already accommodated at the hotel, please take the time to contact your Lomas Representative, located every day at your Karisma hotel’s facilities from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, to reconfirm your transfer back to the airport the day of your departure, and obtain information about the destination and sightseeing that could make a real difference in your dreamlike stay.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 5 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% penalty from total amount.
  • Cancellations made 6 - 10 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% penalty from total amount.
  • Cancellations made 11 days prior to arrival will not be penalized.
  • Full refund of amount paid will apply in the following cases:
    • When the service is cancelled by the supplier
    • Due to illness presenting a local doctor's rep
    • No show or no arrival will be penalized with 100% of amount paid
